Sometimes, people prefer to have files in their computer that are password-protected. This is usually done so that only the person who knows the password can open the file. For example, if you're storing a document with your personal information in it - like an insurance claim form - you may want to password-protect it so that someone else doesn't end up reading anything they shouldn't be. If this is what you need to do, then following these steps will help you out!First off, make sure you have file extensions enabled on your computer by using Windows Explorer's View menu.
